The original DMS11 Team was an exceptional group of young men working together for one common goal – Excellence. This team was made up of individuals, but found the synergy to become one on the field of training and play. Their goals were of the highest level. Each player constantly pushed themselves to find a new, better and driven part of their game and life. The desire to excel in their personal progression is highlighted in their success over the last years.

Each player was selected to be part of the DMS11 team because of their determination to overcome obstacles to maximize their talents. There are many players that have talent, but not many that will sacrifice time, ego, laziness and outside distractions to become the very best of the best. Dan hand picked these players to exemplify the standards DMS11 demands. Knowing that each player has individual experiences and limitations that need to be broken down and strengthened back up, the DMS11 Team developed a relentless pursuit of conquering adversity. They became an amazing example of what can happen when the individual puts others alongside themselves and works just as hard for their team mate as they do for their own gain.

This is not to say that we don't fall sometimes. DMS11 is not about always succeeding, but rather recognizing the mistakes we constantly make, and then deciding to address them with full responsibility of our own actions and correcting them. The adjustments are established through recognition, acceptance and thoughtful decision making of becoming a better person as well as player. Greatness is not achieved by taking perfect steps, but rather stepping outside the comfort zone to be able to learn from experience and acknowledge where improvement needs to happen.

The DMS11 Teams do not claim to be perfect, superior to others or above accountability for all its actions. Rather, DMS11 Teams prides themselves on the attitude and professional performances they try to bring practice after practice, game after game, day after day into the lives of those we experience.

And so the same standards follow through the DMS11 Organization, from teacher to student, team mate to team mate, and team on to team. No excuses.

The U12 Team DMS11 was made up of a group of young men willing to push themselves to the limit to find out how good they really are. There is no player on this team who did not struggle, doubt, go through a pain most will not endure, and push themelves far outside their comfort zone. They knew they had a huge reputation to follow in the footsteps of the Original Team DMS11. However, the success they will achieve is not limited to the field, but rather prepare them for the much bigger challenges in life. Ability to recognize the goals set, plan a route to achieve them, focus on the work needed to attain the goal and rejoice in the success of finding that anything you want to do you can, when you bring your best to the tasks ahead. The origianl DMS11 Team has been fully supportive of this new team setting up a big brother program from college to DMS11, where every boy will be supported in their passion to follow them to the next level. There is no doubt that the path will be full of hurdles to climb over, but we also know that as a team, we will work for each player to be the very best they can be, much higher than any of us know at the start.

The DMS11 Team has started off its Club career with an impressive record, not only in the reuslts but in the way that they play the game, being so new to club. They are showing signs of maturity beyond their relatively short time in club. They have beaten a Gold Team to win their first tournament, having been together only 4 weeks. Time will tell their true level, but if practice is anything to go by, this team will rise to the quality it yearns for. Well done DMS11 Boys.

Kevin garnett inspires dms11 u12 team

Kevin Garnett inspired the DMS11 team to greater belief as they trained side by side at Zuma beach in preparation for league games. Kevin gave selflessly of his time to make the players feel special, talented and to dream big. Really big !!! Thanks Kevin.

Many other Championships in league preparation and showcase play. This team has been together since the age of U10 with Dan Metcalfe. Some players have come and gone, and we thank them for their contribution in developing the DMS11 experience into the program it is today. Starting back in 1999, this team has continually improved, season after season, now peaking at the best time in a players youth career. However, the level of training has not relaxed, but rather increased as the Team continues to strive for excellence and it’s goal to not just be the best today, but to attain every ability needed to take our individual talents to the level of dreams.

DMS11 U12 Boys continue Tradition of champions

The New DMS11 U12 boys team completed an amazing first year season by taking the Coast Soccer League Championship UNDEFEATED. The team, with 5 players playing up an age group, finished the season with 11 wins, 0 loses, and 3 ties. More impressive than our results has been the development and progression of both individual achievements and team tactical work. The development of the players will lead to better results and that has again been the case this year. Congratulations to all the players and parents.

DMS11 Training Program congratulates all its players, U18, U13, U12, U11, MHS in the record breaking run of 4 straight LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIPS, 4 League Titles in 4 years, and a streak of 52 games in a row UNDEFEATED. We are proud of you.
