DMS11 is available to train soccer players, or athletes wanting to improve their fitness and strength.

We have a number of exceptionally trained coaches throughout the nation. These coaches have all been trained by Dan Metcalfe or guided by him. We also hold specialty camps during the summer for the highest level player preparing for the physical tests for college. Our college training takes place at the beach and fields of Southern california near Malibu. We have players from all over the western region of the US coming to prepare in 10 days and fourteen sessions for the tasks ahead. COLLEGE TRAINING CAMP

JULY 24TH - AUGUST 2ND, 2008

Dan Metcalfe started the training camps to help players going into, or back to, college for the pre-season tryouts. Many players are given basic workouts by their college coaches to perform over 3 monthsin the summer. As much as these are good, the lack of competitiveness with solo workouts, and the need for a summer break do not get players to the true level needed for a good college start.

Dan has trained many top college players in the weeks leading up to tryouts with amazing results. perfected is a TOP level training program that surpasses the basic workouts given to the athlete. We encourage each player to enjoy their summer break, rest the body and keep just a basic level of fitness. Just as the Professionals need to rest the body, so do the college players.

The events of tryouts over the first two weeks fo college will be determined very quickly. The quickest way to be eliminated at college to make the team is 1) Injury and 2) Fitness. Both go hand on hand as lacking fitness will lead to injury, whereas injury will prevent participation.

DMS11 will beholding the 6th College Training Program from July 24th to August 2nd, 2008. This will allow players to have a summer, train really hard, and then have a few days to say goodbye to friends and family, pack and taper the body to be fully rested by on fire to go.

14 sessions in 10 days, with two a days on specific days, will help prepare the athlete fully for the tests at college they will undertake. Beach sessions, technical ball work sessions, track sessions and the ultimate fitness test will leave everyone at the hgiest level of fitness that they may have ever achieved. Try it, believe it, you will go to college at the top of your game.
