Staff Coaches - High Level Coaches to work within the DMS11 program The Coach MUST have the ability to Coach the DMS11 system of teaching and be willing to learn our style of development, but bring their own personality and experience to the process. The Coach must be fit, able to demonstrate, and be a role model to the players both in knowledge, example and appearance. Commitment and dedication to their players is a must. The job commitment will be for Teams for the 2010/2011 season. PAID job. Other Financial Opportunities - Private Training, DMS11 Academy Sessions, Product Development, Distribution and Movie Experience. DMS11 will treat you as a special and talented Coach, as you are, and will provide you with excellent opportunities to grow and be supported in your goals, both with the team and your own future. We work closely with English Professional Teams and build our programs along the same principles and guidelines expected at English Premier League Clubs. The American game is different to other countries, and our programs reflect the adaption needed for the American Youth game without compromising the standards expected in other cultures. Your job is to prepare the players to be able to play for any Coach, in any system, with technical and tactical knowledge, as well as Physical developmental training. You will recieve guidance and support to add to your own current knowledge to make the best program that you will flourish in along with your players. Our Standards are of the highest level as we are paid to develop players to their highest potential. The Coach must work harder than any player is expected to and bring a demand to themselves as well as the players. Soccer Assistant Intern to Assist Coaching for potential Job Opportunity A highly motivated Soccer Coach who is interested in learning the DMS11 training program with the possibilty to eventually Coach Teams and Private lessons. You must be committed, LOVE soccer, have a passion to learn and add your own style. You will assist Dan Metcalfe at his training sessions as well as help with private lessons. You may also be required to help on Movie sets if needs be, and your interest is that way inclined, but not mandatory. This is a soccer specific internship. |
